The planned development includes wet and dry berthing for more than 500 boats, dedicated boat and jet-ski slipways, a marina clubhouse, restaurants, picnic areas, parking, security and lifeguard facilities. Because the development is still being delivered, those future facilities should not be presented as fully operational until confirmed.
